I'm a proud 2nd generation Filipino-Canadian, owner of Elly and Amar Studio. I was born and bred in Winnipeg, Manitoba and moved to Toronto over 8 years ago. I've been actively involved in the Beauty Industry for just over 15 years. Fendi Oung is the Founder, CEO and Director of Education at THE LASH SHOP, and a Board Advisor for the National Association of Lash Artists. Fendi is multi-certified in Classic Lash Extensions, Volume Lash Extensions, Mega Volume Lash Extensions, Lash Lift & Tint, Brow Lamination and Tint, Microblading and Ombre Brows.
